Silver jewellery at Colossal Jewels is specially handcrafted for our esteemed customers. Therefore each product is different and differ slightly from each other. Colour of stones may therefore vary slightly. We take special care while packaging and shipping our products.
Following are the conditions for returns and exchanges:
- If an incorrect order is received.
- If the order damages during shipping.
- The return will be accepted only in the original packaging and the product must be unworn.
How to make a return
- The customer should immediately inform us through mail at colossaljewels19@gmail.com within 2 days of order received.
- The customer must also send us a clear photograph of the faulty product.
- It is up to the discretion of Colossal Jewels Quality Control team to process refund or exchange after checking the product received back.
- Refunds will be made only after the product is received back from the customer.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 2 business days of product receipt.
NO REFUNDS POLICY IF:
- Incorrect delivery address.
- One delivery attempt by our courier agent.
- Customer refuses the package.
- Damaged return products.
- Minor variation in color and form from the photographs on our website.
- If the product is not wrong or damaged.
